Kyle Stewart is an associate attorney with Hutchens Law Firm, practicing on the firm’s real estate team in the Charlotte office.  Kyle began his career in default servicing, representing clients in foreclosure, evictions, bankruptcy, litigation, and title curative matters.  Over the past decade, Kyle’s focus has mainly been in real estate, closing transactions in multiple jurisdictions, including REO closings, refinance transactions, and traditional purchase transactions.  When not assisting clients, Kyle can be found cheering on his favorite sports teams, watching movies, or enjoying a nice dinner with his wife.
