Claire Collins Dickerhoff is an attorney in the Fayetteville office of Hutchens Law Firm. She focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on creditor’s rights litigation and foreclosure. She regularly represents members of the financial services industry in State and Federal courts in breach of contract, fraud, and other disputes as well as defending industry members against claims from debtors, third-parties, and government entities. Claire has helped clients through all stages of litigation, including initial case assessment and strategy, brief writing, motions hearings, depositions, and appeals.

Claire is a native of Fayetteville, NC, and enjoys participating in local pro bono and volunteer work throughout the community. Claire is active in the Young Lawyers Division of the North Carolina Bar Association and serves on the North Carolina Bar Association Foundation Development Committee. She is also involved with the Cumberland County Bar and is on the Board of Directors for the Fayetteville Animal Protection Society.

Claire helps to raise money to support important research conducted by March of Dimes/March for Babies to help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies.
