Brianna Kolsin is an Associate Attorney at Hutchens Law Firm LLP, where she practices in the areas of Business Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. She joined the firm in 2025 and is a member of the litigation section in the firm’s Fayetteville office. Brianna has experience in both transactional and litigation matters and has found that they complement one another. Her litigation background helps her anticipate and resolve issues before they arise, while her transactional work has strengthened her focus on careful planning and risk prevention. Brianna uses both skill sets to provide clients with thoughtful and effective legal solutions. Originally from Staten Island, New York, Brianna moved to North Carolina to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She earned dual undergraduate degrees in Political Science with Honors and Sociology, graduating summa cum laude. She continued on to Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, graduating cum laude. Brianna has proudly called North Carolina home ever since.
