Jeff Bunda is a litigation partner practicing in the firm’s Charlotte office.  A seasoned litigator, Jeff focuses his practice on creditor’s rights and real-estate litigation for clients both large and small.   Jeff represents clients in mortgage-related litigation, including contested foreclosures, title curative litigation, and consumer protection defense.  Jeff also represents hard money lenders with litigation and foreclosures on defaulted business-purpose and commercial loans.   Jeff also represents local developers and hoteliers with their litigation needs when those arise.

He has become a fixture of North Carolina’s default servicing practice and his experience and counsel are routinely sought by both national clients and practitioners.  Jeff routinely conducts seminars on creditor’s rights litigation, has been published in multiple industry publications, and has served on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Creditor’s Bar Association since 2019.  Jeff has also advocated for his clients before legislative and regulatory bodies, including the North Carolina General Assembly.
