Jennifer Bryan is an associate attorney in our real estate department. She is from Bladen County, North Carolina. Jennifer began her legal career working as a legal secretary and paralegal in general practice law firms while completing her undergraduate and graduate education. After earning her Master of Public Administration, Jennifer worked in state and local government before pursuing her lifelong goal of becoming an attorney.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law where she also obtained a certification in dispute resolution. She began her practice in civil litigation and probate matters before transitioning into real estate law, where she developed substantial experience representing clients throughout the closing process.
Jennifer is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Missouri. Her practice focuses on residential real estate transactions. Jennifer works closely with realtors, lenders and clients to ensure transactions proceed smoothly and clients’ interest are protected. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers or families navigating the sale or purchase of a home, Jennifer enjoys helping clients feel informed and confident during one of the most significant transactions they may ever undertake.
Jennifer and her husband, Anthony live in Bladen County have three children and seven
grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and working outdoors. Her faith is an important part of her life and guides her commitment to integrity and service.
