PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Stephen R. Warren II is an associate attorney in the real estate department at Hutchens Law Firm.

Stephen graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. He subsequently attended law school at Elon University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. After law school, Stephen returned to his hometown of Goldsboro, North Carolina to begin his legal career. In 2015 he joined Warren & Warren, P.A. where he quickly became partner and practiced law in Goldsboro and surrounding communities for six years. In 2022, Stephen moved to the coast to join Hutchens Law Firm.

Stephen is the former President of the 9th Judicial District Bar and has also served as Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer. He is an active member of both the Wayne County Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. He is also a member of the Young Lawyer’s Division as well as the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. Stephen enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and his fiancé. He is proud to call Wilmington home again and is eager to continue Hutchens Law Firm’s tradition of serving the community’s legal needs with integrity and hard work.
