Mark Waple

Biography

From 1977 to June 2014, Mr. Waple provided legal services to members of all military branches. Currently, Mr. Waple is Hutchens Law Firm’s Military Affairs Advisor to attorney, and former US Army JAG Officer, Joe Vonnegut. He has thorough knowledge of the UCMJ and military justice system and an exceptional record of success with cases involving:

  • Military Personnel and Criminal Law
  • Medical Negligence in Military and Veteran’s Hospitals
  • Advocacy for Military Personnel

Mr. Waple is currently acting as an advisor in most areas of armed forces law including Appeals to Boards for Correction to Military Records, Discharge Review Boards, Military Grade Determination Boards, Injury Due to Medical Negligence in Military and VA Hospitals, Involuntary Separations from Active Duty, and Federal Employment Law.
