Jane Overbeck, Attorney Davis W. Puryear Join Hutchens Law Firm

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C., (October 8, 2015) — Hutchens Law Firm has hired two new staff members in its Fayetteville office. Jane Overbeck is the firm’s Director of Client Services and Davis W. Puryear is a new associate with the firm.

Jane Overbeck comes to Hutchens Law Firm with over 15 years’ experience in mortgage servicing and attorney client relations.  In her position, she will be responsible for the default servicing side of the firm’s business, building relationships with key industry banking and mortgage industry leaders across the country for their cases in the Carolinas. Previously with Cenlar, Overbeck assisted with client portfolios and managing client requested Statement of Work process changes.  Prior to that she spent 5 years with LPS (Black Knight) Default Outsource Operations as AVP of Client Relations and 10 years representing attorney firms nationwide.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Dayton. Davis Puryear

Davis Puryear joins Hutchens Law Firm as an associate attorney at law. A merit scholar, he recently earned his Juris Doctor degree from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, graduating cum laude.  Puryear brings his strong academic achievements to the firm and will be working on business law and civil litigation cases.  While a law student at Campbell, he wrote for the School’s legal publications as well as served as a research assistant for a Campbell professor. Puryear interned for Hutchens Law Firm in 2013 and with the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office in 2014.
