Hutchens Law Firm Hires Four Attorneys

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C., (Dec. 31, 2013) — Hutchens Law Firm has hired Michelle Stinnett, Jeffrey Bunda, Randall Faircloth, and Andrew Perry as associates. Stinnett works from the firm’s Fayetteville office while the others work in the firm’s Charlotte office.

Stinnett focuses her practice on the areas of creditor’s rights, litigation, and real estate. She began her career at Hutchens as a summer law clerk in 2012. She has a B.S. in Communication from Southern Oregon University where she graduated magna cum laude in the Churchill Honors Program. She received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School where she graduated cum laude and served as executive editor of the Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy.

Bunda focuses his practice on the areas of civil litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy and transactional real estate. Since 2005, he has been a fixture of the default litigation practice, representing lenders in contested foreclosures and mortgage-related litigation in both state and federal courts. Bunda graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and has a juris doctor from Emory University Law School. While in law school, he worked in the Office of General Counsel for the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development and for creditors’ rights practitioners. 

Faircloth has spent his entire career in real estate law and works on Hutchens’ real estate team in Charlotte. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Campbell University and a juris doctor from Charlotte School of Law.

Perry practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and served as a law clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina prior to joining Hutchens Law Firm. He has a bachelor’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a juris doctor from Charlotte School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude.
